Insurance King VS Accurate Auto Insurance Lawsuit
Insurance King has filed a Federal Trademark Infringement lawsuit against a competitor Accurate Auto Insurance. Attached in a clickable link is the lawsuit document so you can see the alleged actions of Accurate Auto Insurance.
The actions were made on the Insurance King locations in Rockford, IL and Peoria IL. Most recently when our customers were searching for Insurance King an ad would from Accurate Auto Insurance appeared that said King of Insurance. This ad would redirect them to Accurate Auto Insurance. When people would call the local number on the King of Insurance ad Accurate Auto Insurance agents would answer the phone “Hello Insurance“. In the year 2017 Accurate Auto Insurance ran a similar campaign, but the ad literally said Insurance King.
Insurance King has been helping drivers drive legal for less since 2001. In all of the years we have had competition, but never have we had a competitor use our name to get business.
